"Quiet the Mind & Open the Heart"

5-day retreat

at

The Omega Institute

Rhinebeck, NY

June 24-29, 2012

Tuition: $495

Join Lindsay Wagner for this five-day experiential retreat at the world renowned Omega Institute for Holistic Studies at their home campus in Rhinebeck, New York, in the heart of the Hudson Valley.

As Lindsay shares her wisdom and experience, she creates a safe and loving environment in which each participant will have the opportunity to reflect on and address their own personal challenges, be they physical, emotional or spiritual, using the techniques and practices that have greatly impacted her life. Exploring how we perceive life through the stencil of the mind and experience the release of the ties that bind us there. Starting from right where we are, Lindsay helps us go deeper into our own personal spiritual journey, healing, shifting consciousness and wonder...... mixed with a large dose of fun, new friends and new experiences.

Learn to shift the perspectives and beliefs that limit our potential and break through undesirable patterns that affect the various aspects of our lives such as family dynamics, intimate relations, friendships, the work place, our health, even our golf game. Guided meditations, demonstrations, discussions, journaling, movement and gentle yoga, EFT (a system of tapping the acupuncture points with the fingers) and other techniques that nurture body, mind and spirit, work to awaken to the joy of being you.

Woven throughout the program are beautiful music, relaxation, visualization, chakra balancing, Kundalini activation, powerful processes and the Oneness Deeksha, a healing energy meditation that effortlessly awakens a greater experience of our connectedness, higher consciousness and a more natural state of being. The flow of this gentle transformative energy activates the body's natural energies, the kundalini and the chakras. When the kundalini is activated and the chakras are balanced, our Mind Quiets and our Heart Opens allowing peace, natural intelligence and unconditional love to emerge.

Return home feeling peaceful and revitalized, with practical tools and a new perspective of how amazing we really are.

Lindsay is a Oneness Blessing (Deeksha) trainer and will be training and certifying those who wish to share this blessing with others.
